# Import Audience URL

If you cannot find your desired customer segment in **Social Audience,** please provide us with the URL link of the Fanpage/group/profile/post from which you want to extract data.

When providing a **URL link**, please note:

* **Facebook Fanpage**
* Public/Private **Facebook Group**
* **Facebook Profile**
* **Facebook Post**

The system will process the data and notify you via email when complete. The time depends on the scale of the audience you need to process, ranging from 1 to 3 hours.&#x20;

You can check the data processing status in the "**Request Audience**" menu.
