If you cannot find your desired customer segment in Social Audience, please provide us with the URL link of the Fanpage/group/profile/post from which you want to extract data.

The system will process the data and notify you via email when complete. The time depends on the scale of the audience you need to process, ranging from 1 to 3 hours.
You can check the data processing status in the "Request Audience" menu.
