The Enrichment feature will enrich data fields from your CRM to help you create more marketing segments. You will upload phone numbers to theALITA system, and it will provide various data fields such as: gender, relationships, locations, interests, and more.
Select Enrichment Data.
Download files template to view the sample CSV file. Upload the file to the system, then name the Audience.
Upload your CSV file
The system will run to match and return the number of matches and create a list of customers (Audience), you can check in the Request Audience menu.
You will see detailed information about the new Audience just created from your Data Enrichment.
