Enrichment data from your CRM or 1st data
The Enrichment feature allows you to enrich data to your crm or 1st-dat from the big data system on social. You will upload the phone number to Alita system, it will provide many data field like: gender, relationship, location, interest
You choose the menu Enrichment Data
Upload the list of data you need to enrich according to the attached template file structure, according to CSV file type.
The system will run to match and return the number of matching and create a list of customers (Audience), you can check in the Request Audience menu
You see the details of the new Audience that has just been created from your data enrichment
