If you need to Download (Export) full user data from audiences, you will need corresponding credits. You must top up your account to purchase credits. This feature is suitable for needs such as:

2. Purchase Credits (for Data Download)

If you wish to download the entire dataset for multi-channel retargeting campaigns, you will need to top up credits to your account.

The number of credits required depends on the number of profile data in the audience.

(e.g., to download all 19,106 profiles from the "Cộng Đồng IT Việt Nam" Group, you need 25 credits)
