# AI Persona Insight

This feature allows users to analyze profiles through a personal profile URL or fanpage URL, helping to build more accurate and personalized engagement strategies.

**What the system provides**

* Customer persona analysis
* Behavioral and interest insights
* Relationship mapping
* Recommended engagement strategies

Some profiles may include additional attributes:

* Zodiac sign
* Numerology details
* Elemental traits (e.g., feng shui elements)

#### How to Use

1. Prepare the Facebook profile or fanpage URL you want to analyze.
2. Go to the **Insight Request** section in the system.
3. Paste the URL and submit your analysis request.
4. The system will automatically process the request and deliver the results to your email once completed.

#### Credit Usage

* Each profile analysis deducts **1 credit** from your account.
* For private profiles, you may contact our support team to request a **credit refund** if the system is unable to analyze the data.

#### URL Processing Status

You can check the status of your submitted profiles under the **“Your Request”** section.
